Nothing is what it seems to be, not even one of the highest ranking criminals Siravo on the NCIS most wanted wall is what he really seemed to be. For years NCIS has been chasing after him but without much luck. The team finds that out the hard way, when they find Siravo. There is a shoot out at an abandoned construction site, two men end up dead while the third makes it look like they shot each other. He then picks up his phone and calls in a favor with Gibbs.

An eye-witness says that there was a woman who ran by with bloody hands. Ziva, Gibbs, and McGee track her down and leave Ducky and Jimmy with the body.

There are no cheerleaders in the navy, right? That’s why the “murder” at the beginning of this episode looks a little misleading. Instead of a violent crime, what we’re actually witnessing is the filming of a low-budget slasher film, a film that becomes a little too real when the actress playing the cheerleader falls into a half buried tomb and meets her newest coworker – a skeleton with multiple stab wounds, no middle fingers, and a naval uniform.

Gibbs like for instance CSI's Grissom is one of those people which you can't imagine as a child. Never the less we all know that he has a family and that he grew up somewhere obviously. And Tony, Ziva, Abby and McGee have been wondering the same thing. We all know that Gibbs is not the kind of man who tells about his past, he hardly tells anything about himself.

Ziva gives Abby a 'chocoholic' choice' cupcake, Ziva spend the night at Abby's apartment because her house was getting fumigated. Tony is immediately interested when he hears it and wants to know everything about it. It was great when McGee called Tony 'DiNoosy'! When he wanted to know why Abby and Ziva spend the night. Wouldn't he like to know! Finally McGee stood up for himself and gave DiNozzo a name, like he usually does with McGee.

The title promises a lot of good things, I haven't seen it yet but the 'agent afloat' in question can only be one person. Tony the last member who hasn't returned to the team. I am still hoping for that power struggle between Gibbs and Vance, I want to see the glaring contest which I had expected to see last week.
