Serious, not because grave robbing is never a good idea, but because he’s raiding the tomb of one of the Fulcrum agents Casey killed a couple of weeks ago at the Fulcrum barbecue. The Clive Owen guy, we’ll call him Cole, steals a weird belt buckle from the corpse. Too bad we don’t have an Intersect in our heads or we’d probably be flashing like crazy on it.

Well, Bryce Larkin is back and it looks like that kiss between Chuck and Sarah last week wasn’t enough to combat the animal attraction between the über-spies. We open on Larken and Sarah kissing in a passionate embrace. But wait! It’s a flashback to 2005 way before Chuck became the Intersect and before Sarah even knew Chuck existed. It is some sort of operation in Bogota, Columbia. The mission goes bad and Larkin ends up with a gun to his head before Sarah, without missing a beat, guns down the target who’s use of Larkin as a human shield fails epically.

Chuck is a Buy More (read Best Buy) employee who works for the Nerd Herd (Geek Squad) but he’s also the government’s top-secret Intersect computer (it was downloaded into his brain by accident – see entire last season.) He’s got two government handlers: Sarah/CIA – the beautiful blonde and Casey/NSA the rugged, no-nonsense type.

Chuck “busts” Lester and Jeff’s cleavage-cam antics and while he’s feeling them up, err dressing them down, Captain Awesome pulls him away to ask for his sister’s hand in marriage. While Awesome is dancing around the question, Chuck spots a bug (not the insect variety) planted at the Buy More. He runs off to yell at Casey, who’s been known to plant a bug or two around Chuck in the past. Casey doesn’t recognize the bug but I’m sure he’ll look into it. He’s quite the professional.

Chuck makes it back to Awesome who gives him a giant diamond ring that’s been passed down from his great grandmother or something and asks him to hold onto it until he can pop the question to Ellie.
