Ok, so Chuck reminds us (or fills in new viewers) about his rekindled romance with his ex-girlfriend from college Dr. Jill Roberts. Then the episode begins in ernest with Chuck showing off some of his mad spy skills. He’s using high-tech equipment and thwarting video surveillance to get to the roof the the Spy More. (I’m not calling it Buy More any longer). Where he plans to make out with Jill, until Casey one-ups him with a camera he’s planted on the roof.

Chuck berates Casey and begs for some “alone time” with Jill, but General Grandma pops up and has a new mission for the gang. Jill’s boss, Guy Lafleur, who was killed last week, is rumored to have a list of the Fulcrum agents in his personal effects being guarded by the FBI at the crime scence back at the hotel where he was staying until his quick exit through the 10th floor window.

Sarah tells Casey that she’s just Chuck’s cover girlfriend and tried act like it’s ok that Chuck is back together with Jill.

At the Spy More, Buster/Emmett Milbarge is wondering why the receipts don’t add up. Chuck has been on multiple “outside installations” for the Nerd Herd, but no customers have been paying. You’d think the government wouldn’t overlook such an important detail. But that’s why Buster makes the big assistant manager bucks. Oh and Morgan buys some crazy Canadian electronic device that copies video games and what have you.

Chuck and the spy guys go all Die Hard in the hotel air ducts trying to break into Guy’s room. Chuck gets distracted (and not by Sarah’s cleavage either!) and accidently calls Jill who has a Three’s Company moment because the duct tunnel climbing sounds like Sarah and Chuck might be having sex.

And we’re back to the B-story. Buster gets Morgan to narc on Chuck because he's not a citizen of Buymoria. Buymoria is a fictional land where special Buy More employees live. Chuck, with all his time away from the store must be an enemy of state.

The spies make it into Guy’s room and find a crazy puzzle box that he’s hidden. Chuck solves the puzzle and he and Sarah get sprayed with some weird powder substance. They, of course, have to run into the showers and strip and wash each other while Casey calls for a containment team. And it’s more Three’s Company antics when the dripping wet Chuck and Sarah answer the door to find not Casey but Jill standing outside. Back at Buy More, Emmett is still on the hunt and grills Lester about Chuck. Lester quickly gives up Jeff who has two of the best lines — "I don't rat — only thing my mother taught me from the joint." and "Grab your shiv and make your move."

Buster tries to get Lester and Jeff to roll over on Chuck by threatening to take away their after-hours poker game, but they don’t know anything and reinforce Buster’s plan to work Morgan.

Chuck tries to call Jill to apologize and explain while Casey figures out that Chuck and Sarah were sprayed with Hi-C fruit punch mix from the puzzle box. Jill overhears the fruit punch story and explains that Guy must have meant the powder to be a clue. It is a musical clue which Casey solves by belting out a pitch perfect hi C note. He wasn’t hatched, you know? Inside the box they find a key and some notes from an opera.

They head over to the opera house and Chuck finds Guy’s secret lock box in Lafleur’s opera balcony. Inside the find a device that looks to the professionals like a bomb. Jill claims it’s actually another puzzle and Casey and Sarah start evacuating the building. Eventually Chuck sides with Jill and convinces Sarah that Jill can solve the puzzle. She does and inside there is a flash drive that contains all the Fulcrum names. But, it's encrypted so the CIA computer needs time to solve the encryption.

Back at the Spy More, Chuck asks Morgan to cover for him again. Morgan says he’d be glad to if Chuck would just be honest about where he was going. Chuck tells Morgan that he’s getting back together with Jill.

Chuck and Jill drive outside the city to get some alone time. They stop for gas and the Fulcrum agent who’s been tailing them all along, grabs Jill and tells Chuck to bring the flash drive back to the opera house at midnight or the girl gets it.
Chuck hightails it back to the Orange Orange and begs Casey to help him get Jill back. Casey refuses and Chuck steals the flash drive. Lockdown. Sarah tries to stop Chuck but can’t shoot him and Chuck escapes with the flash drive. He makes a quick stop by Morgan’s locker. Probably to grab that copy device that Morgan so conveniently purchased earlier in the episode.

There’s a big standoff, and Casey and the Fulcrum agent are at odds. Casey threatens to shoot Chuck himself just to show how serious he is about the agent not getting his hands on the flash drive, but Chuck gives him the spy wink and Casey let’s the exchange go down. Jill is safe. The flash drive is destroyed and the Fulcrum agent gets away. Chuck shows Casey the Canadian copy drive he’s used to backup the Fulcrum list.

Meanwhile, at the Spy More, Buster joins the poker game and tries fit in, even going as far as indulging in a wine cooler with the guys.

Sarah tells Jill not to hurt Chuck and it’s awkward for both of them.
The next morning, Buster is hungover from his one-wine-cooler-bender and the guys bust out their own surveillance camera footage of Buster defiling Big Mike’s office while he was drunk. Looks like there will be no more king of Buymoria.

Remember that encryption that was going to take time to crack. It starts cracking as Chuck and Jill start to get down to business. Crosscuts back and forth as Fulcrum agents are revealed and Chuck and Jill get down to business. Of course, Casey and Sarah discover Jill is a Fulcrum agent and take off to save Chuck.

They race into Chuck’s apartment with guns drawn (good thing Ellie and Awesome weren’t home or they’d have some ‘splainin’ to do). They burst into Chuck’s room to find Chuck and Jill gone. Outside, we see Chuck and Jill driving away for some romantic road trip and it’s The End. Tune in next week, folks.
