Chuck fills us in on a little history about the time a couple years ago when he went back to Stanford and was famous for being that guy who got kicked out for cheating. He tried to get the attention of Jill (his ex) at her sorority. Her friend tries to blow Chuck off but then Jill comes to the window and after Chuck confesses his undying love for her, Jill tells him and the entire beer pong crowd that she’s with Bryce Larkin now.

Buster/Emmett, the new assistant manager bribes Big Mike with donut, but it doesn’t go well. Mike chokes and Buster has to give him the Heimlich maneuver.

Chuck has to Nerd Herd for some science conference, but Jill shows up and Chuck hides under the desk. Jill (Jordana Brewster/As The World Turns) finds him. Chuck tries to pretend he’s not still working at Buy More and that he owns his own tech-support company and she seems to buy it, then Chuck flashes on Jill's boss, Guy Lafleur -- something about bio-weapons.

Back at Orange Orange, General Grandma tells Chuck, Casey and Sarah that Jill and Guy work for some pharmaceutical outfit that may have created a bio-weapon. She thinks Guy maybe planning to sell it. Chuck has to get close to Jill while Casey and Sarah will surveil Guy.

Over the the b-story, Buster mandates first aid training for the entire Buy More and guess who’s teaching the class? Captain Awesome. The entire store is going to have to pass a written first aid exam.

Chuck tries to wow Jill by taking her to a restaurant the CIA set up for the sole purpose of making Chuck look good. He’s even driving a fancy red Ferrari, after the “date” Chuck and Jill are waiting for the valet when Lester and Jeff pull up to the curb and totally foil Chuck’s attempt to impress Jill. She finds out he not only still works at the Buy More, but that he also has a girlfriend. Way to go, Lester and Jeff!

Casey and Sarah have Guy and Jill’s room’s filled with surveillance equipment, but the bug in Jill’s phone is on the fritz so Chuck volunteers to go in and try to apologize and plant a new bug.

Lester, Jeff and Morgan try to steal the first aid test from Captain Awesome at Chuck and Ellie’s apartment, but that doesn’t go well either. Lester and Jeff end up telling Ellie that Chuck might have rabies while Awesome busts Morgan in Ellie’s bedroom with a handful of her undergarments.

Chuck apologizes to Jill and tries to plant the bug, but ends up turning it off and dropping it so he can make out. Back in the van, Chuck spots a guy approaching Guy's room and flashes on him – uh oh bad guy. Casey and Sarah tell Chuck to wait in the van and they go to rescue Guy, but they don’t make it in time, and Guy is killed. He’s thrown out the hotel window onto the surveillance van.

The agents question Jill and she says that Guy created an antidote to a virus produced by their company. Guy wasn’t selling anything he was going to present his work at the convention so the company would have to stop secretly selling the virus.

Sarah is going to fill in for Guy at the conference, since Chuck doesn’t want Jill used as bait. At the conference, a Fulcrum agent has set off a canister containing the virus that apparently kills its victims within one hour. Sarah escapes but Casey and the rest of the conference are quarantined.

Chuck is at the Buy More taking the first aid test when he’s called away. He has to leave the first aid test (and the gang of people cheating off him) to grab Jill and rescue the quickly dying victims at the science conference.

Chuck ends up coming totally clean with Jill and telling her about his work with the CIA, but she doesn't believe him until she sees that Chuck is accompanied by an regiment of cops, firemen, agents and paramedics. Chuck and Jill get to the conference and Chuck volunteers to enter the quarantined room to help Casey and the others. Jill injects Chuck with antidote and gives him the equipment he’ll need to make an anti-virus.

Inside the quarantine room, everyone is in bad shape, especially Chuck, when he finds out he’s got to make the anti-virus from his own blood. He tries to get Casey to draw blood for him, but Casey passes out and shatters the only blood vial from the kit.

Back at the Buy More, without Chuck the gang are helpless in the first aid test and have only minutes to complete the Heimlich section of the test. Lester and Morgan make Jeff swallow a pen cap so Awesome will perform procedure while the others write down the steps on the test.

Chuck kisses Casey. Yes that’s right. I said Casey. Not Sarah. Casey.

Apparently, Chuck got this idea that since the anti-virus was in his blood, that perhaps he could pass it along via saliva. It doesn’t work, but it is hysterical. With no other choice, Jill enters the quarantined area. She draws Chuck’s blood and creates the anti-virus. She and Chuck then begin to administer the remedy to everyone.

Later, General Grandma tells Casey and Sarah that Fulcrum might attempt to contact Jill again and that they should use her as bait and Casey and Sarah agree since Chuck isn’t there to protest.

Chuck is at home talking to Jill and telling her that Sarah is not really his girlfriend that she’s just a cover set up by the CIA and the NSA. Of course, Sarah is listening in on the bugs they have planted in both Jill and Chuck’s houses and she looks hurt.

  2. so let me just say... this is the funniest yet. I can't believe Chuck kissed Casey. Those 2 actors had to be dying while filming. The look on Casey's face....priceless.
When Jeff swallows the pen cap just so the others could pass the test....too funny.
