The doctors at Oceanside Wellness have decided that a vote is in order to decide who will be in charge of the practice...Sam or Naomi? Both campaign to the staff for their own reasons & then go off in verbal attacks on one another while driving the rest of them crazy...sound familiar? The perfectly timed episode airing the week before the election touched on a lot of issues that we're struggling with right now.It's all about things that have happened in the past & choosing to move on. And all in the box of the practice all tied up with a nice Addison-red ribbon.

Pete is being the mature one of the group & trying to bed the new receptionist who is very young & female.

Last night the two hour season finale of “Lost” aired & DAMN did it ever deliver. The writers’ strike had put a lot of doubt in some people as to whether or not this season could set out to finish what the writers/producers had been mapping out since last summer & even if it was different…it was still totally mind blowing.

The episode picked up right where season 3 left off…a scraggly, strung out Jack was begging Kate in the back of LAX to go back to the Island with him. Kate gets in the car & leaves (beginning of new episode…) & then suddenly backs up, gets out of the car & we learned that the mysterious dead guy in the coffin who was “neither friend or family” has a name & it is: Jeremy Bentham.

..One quick sidenote before I begin...the title is obviously referring to "The Wizard of Oz" where Dorothy chants that phrase THREE times (ahem, a THREE part finale) & wakes up from her DREAM about being in Oz. Probably totally irrelevant to the plot...but I'm just pointing it out....

Another week, another episode of “Lost”…another set of questions that are raised & not answered…

These were my reactions...

1. We start with Jack’s eye opening to reveal that he’s been unconscious on the beach. Usually the episodes tend to center around whoever’s eye it is. Hence: Jack. Juliet says Jack needs to rest but Jack is all, “No! I am the leader! I am Dr. Jack Shepherd! Which A) Means I’m a shepherd aka LEADER & B) I’m a doctor which means you should be intimidated by my title & listen to whatever I say.”

Juliet answers back with, “Wwweeelll…MY name is Dr. Juliet the Other…which means I am just as smart but also way more intimidating & creepy because of my Otherness.”

Ok...so...writing a real review of "Lost" would take literally HOURS for me to wrap my head around...so here are my REACTIONS to the episode "The Shape of Things to Come" last night...

1. Badass Sawyer is back! HURRAH! Fire that gun boy!
2. Aw, Ben plays the piano...and looks like a scared rat when he's startled...
3. Ben...just broke my heart because OMG ALEX JUST GOT KILLED...
4. Back on the beach...Bernard is a badass who speaks Morse! Muahahahhahaha
5. I KNEW they weren't there to get them off the island! I knew it!
6. Uhoh...Jack's getting sick...um...Juliet? Somebody?
7. No...no Sawyer, Claire, & Aaron do NOT go traipsing through the woods with Miles...DAMMIT...
8. WHY do I have the distinct feeling that they're pushing towards a love thing with Sawyer & Claire? I swear if he ends up dying because he's nobly saving Claire I will die as well.
9. Woooo lots of Ben flash forwards. I lurve Ben flash forwards. What? He's in Tunisia? What? He's in IRAQ? WHAT?! THERE'S SAYID! AT A FUNERAL! FOR HIS WIFE! NADIA!!!!! Ok, so part of me is THRILLED to bits that he & Nadia end up getting married...but then she dies. Yikes.
10. Woooooo Sayid & Ben are teaming up to go against Charles Widmore!!!
11. Ben goes into Widmore's penthouse a la Anton Chigur...wakes him up & tells him that the Island is his & that since Charles killed his daughter he's now going to kill his....ahem...PENNY. DUN-DUN.

Thursday is wwwaayyy too overstimulating.

When I first heard the title of this episode "Meet Kevin Johnson" I got really excited because I thought they were introducing a new character! So many things have happened & have gone totally unanswered in the past three seasons of "Lost" that I totally forgot in LAST week's episode we were re-introduced to Michael Dawson AS....Kevin Johnson. This episode was set in three places...the Island (Locke's camp), the freighter, & in the past in New York City...from whence Michael came.
