ER – Begs the Question – "The High Holiday"

It's Christmas in Chicago. Which can only mean one thing: some sort of weird, birth-related case at County General. This years set of wide-eyed parents were very topical - illegal immigrants.

But one of the best parts of the episode (and most Christmas episodes of ER)? The party. Yes, there was random drunkenness, old friend appearences (Hiya, Jerry!), awkward flirtations, and a handful of high employees (thank you, Mrs. Garrett, for the happy brownies!).

Which begs the questions...

What is the most memorable holiday party you have ever attended? Drunk Santa? People falling off roofs trying to make reindeer sounds? Proposals? Slip your Two Cents into the slot below... we'll make sure it gets delivered to the North Pole!

Fringe - Begs the Question - "Safe"

Last night's episode of Fringe had the Dysfunctional Scoobies trying to solve a string of bank robberies where the culprits seemed to walk through walls, getting a touch of the radiation sickness while doing it.

Not such a stretch for Fringe, but the weird part was what they were stealing: components of a time/space machine that Walter had invented to save Peter when he was sick as a child.

What? Yeah.

Think of it as a machine that does what Hiro does on Heroes, without all the hero's journey commentary (and cuteness).

Which begs the question...

If you could get your hands on this machine, who would you bring through it? Remember, you can't go through the machine yourself, but you can pluck out any person from any time and any place.

So who is it? Put your picks in the comment section below... we won't judge!

ER – Begs the Question – "Age of Innocence"

In this week’s episode of ER, there was some seriously gross meatball surgery going on. What’s worse? It involved an eyeball. Nasty.

Which begs the question… As we count down the final episodes of the show, what it the grossest thing you have seen on ER? I can’t handle all of the random projectile vomiting, myself, but that is understandable. How about the butcher knife in that guy's head? Or Romano getting his arm cut off by the helicopter?

Drop the grossness in the comment section below and we'll cringe together.

ER - "Oh, Brother" - Begs the Question

Last night's episode of ER followed Chaz, Greg's brother, through his first day on the job as a first-year med student. With an EMT background and a familiarity of the ER personnel, Chaz was able to jump right in and get to work... at first. After a string of bad decisions (mostly made by Archie), Chaz has the worst first day in ER history, including (but not limited to) the squishing a patient in the MRI machine, almost killing a patient with a misplaced chest tube, and getting a severe tounge-lashing from the new Chief. Which begs the question... What was your worst first day? Of school, of work, whatever. Leave you painful story in the comments section and we can all commiserate together!

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - Brothers of Nablus - Begs the Question

In this week's episode, the Connor (or should I say Baum?) home is burglarized, the culprit taking cash, credit cards, IDs, and even food. This act propelled the group into a game of cat-and-mouse resulting in the discovery that the robbery was not some grand scheme invented by SkyNet, just a random act of violence. Unfortunately, these relatively "innocent" criminals were repaid by a not-so-random act of violence via Cameron because "they know where we live." Which begs the question(s)... Have you ever been robbed? Did you get the stuff back? Were you able to confront the guilty party? What would you have said if you could? Leave your answers in this weeks "cathartic" comment section.
