OK, not dead, but as least eliminated. Yes, finally Eddie is gone. No one denies that he’s a major design talent, but from the beginning the judges have warned him that he had a kind of “granny” style. But this episode, he did a totally senior citizen type room again and the judges rightly gave him the boot.

Oh Andrea! Why? Why? Why commit the reality television version of suicide?

I know that I predicted that this would be Andrea’s last week, but her work didn’t warrant getting booted out — and yet she alone made the choice to opt out of the competition. In fact, the judges were very clear that Ondine’s design was the bottom one. But they gave Andrea the choice of staying or going and if she left, Ondine would stay. Can you believe that Andrea actually turned to Ondine and asked her what to do? What was Ondine supposed to say to that? “Oh sure, stay. I don’t mind getting eliminated!” Like that would happen.

Goodbye Wisit!

I’ve always been divided over Wisit. Yes, he’s sweet and funny, which makes him quite entertaining. But he also does that “I’m so cute!” face every other minute and I could go the rest of my life without hearing him sing opera again (soprano, of course).
