When someone is a real jerk… I mean, a person that you can’t even stand being in the same room with for five minutes because everything that comes out of his mouth is mean and inappropriate and disrespectful… it is nice to see him make a fool out of himself, right? Then why do I feel and eensy-weensy bit sorry for Randy?

The 8 Things I Learned About the Castaways of Survivor

Matty spent $400 on a cheeseburger at the Survivor Auction, became the catalyst for one of the most childish rants in Survivor history, and tried to help the source of that rant (Randy) out to no avail. “He’s sealed his own fate.”

Corrine spent all $500 at the auction on an advantage for the next Immunity Challenge. It didn’t help. Then she played along with Randy as he purposely made everyone’s life a living hell with the intention of being able to play the Hidden Immunity Idol Bob found. Uh… did anyone tell Bob?

Crystal thinks Randy is a troll. She’s right, really, and let her feelings known as she wrote down his name at Tribal Council and literally screamed her parting words to the camera. Everyone heard.

Ken has my vote for the other snake in the game. He took all of Bob’s money and sent him to Exile Island during the auction. Then he won Immunity. Geeze.

Susie is riding on coattails, and even though she was the target of Corrine, Randy, and Bob’ vote, the others need to look long and hard at why she is still in the game.

Sugar is diabolical and I really like her, but I’m not sure how I feel about what she did to Bob. Bob told her he had made a fake Hidden Immunity Idol and she talked him into betraying his alliance and giving it to Randy, just so he would play it at Tribal Council and look the fool. I understand why she hated Randy so much, for sure, but I’m a bit sorry that she made Bob do the dirty work.

Bob is going to have a lot to answer for from Corinne about his actions. Why did he do it? Was he as mad at Randy? What did Sugar promise him later in the game? If he makes it to the Final, will he get an earful from Randy? I love you, Bob, and I loved seeing Randy get served, but I’m still not certain it was the right move.

Randy is an idiot and a jerk and I’m glad he is gone, but at what cost? If that Idol had been real, Susie would be gone. Is that so bad? It is always nice to see a jerky person get put in his place, but what place does that put Bob in?

What do YOU think? Do you feel sorry for Randy? Was it a mistake? Give us your Two Cents… We’ll use it to pay for Survivor Counseling.

  2. Randy: Most satisfying Survivor kickoff, EVER! What a jerk. I was with Sugar laughing my a__ off when he presented that fake idol to Jeff. Good on ya, Bob for sticking it to that jerk to gain yourself 3-6 more days.

  3. Bob has really played a great game. He will always go down as one of the Best for sticking it to Randy the way he did. Yes I feel sorry for the fact that Randy is probably going to make Bob out to be the bad guy when really Randy is totally at fault for the way things went down. He was asking for what he got and he got exactly what he deserved. That has got to be the BEST Kickass Tribal Council that I have ever seen. I think it is great how wonderful of a game that Sugar is playing cause they all felt that she was just a dumb blonde in the beginning but she is kicking ass too. Bob really deserves to win this game and all the money cause he has really played a great game and played a hard game. That man is really smart and has his act together. Thank you Survivor Players for the wonderful Kickass you did to Randy.
