So, each week I hope to make my review better than the last, and I believe that since last night’s episode was so amazing, I’ve done it. I’m writing this one a bit different since half the show shows the characters in the past and the other half shows them in the present. So, here I go!

    • Susan
o Past: We get to see the day she hired Jackson. He was innocently making complimentary comments to Susan’s paint color choices, but she takes it to be that he was hitting on her. She starts yelling at him. The next thing we see is a scene with her and Mike in the divorce attorney’s office. It was somewhat heart wrenching to see the marriage end. The final scene in the flashback is her and Jackson in bed together for the first time when they decide to have no emotional commitment to each other.
o Present: Jackson wants to move in because he has fallen in love with Susan. She says no, and this causes Jackson to drive off at the end of the episode.
    • Lynette
o Past: Tom was in the hospital. He was working with electrical equipment at the restaurant when he was shocked and his heart stopped. He then took it upon himself to live his life to how he saw it fullest. This included the fancy sports car and the garage band.
o Present: Tom wants to sell Scavo’s to purchase a large RV, take the kids out of school for a year, and travel the US. Lynette explains to him that she understands what it means to want to live life to the fullest since she herself could have almost died with cancer, but that he needs to basically start acting more responsibly.
    • Bree
o Past: We watch the goodbye brunch she has for Orson before he went to prison. While there, it appears that she is extremely overwhelmed so she has a glass of Champaign. Being a recovering alcoholic, that obviously wasn’t a good thing for her to do. Then after Benjamin was taken from her, she started drinking again. Katherine helps her out with this and explains to Bree that she’ll never need to tell Orson.
o Present: Orson wants to know why Bree won’t tell Katherine he was made partner at her company. When Bree tells him that it might not be a good idea for him to even work for her at all, Orson says he wants a divorce. She then explains why she owes Katherine so much, Orson then thanks Katherine for everything and steps down to a simple employee.
    • Gabby
o Past: We get to see her hilarious reaction to her pregnancy where she slaps her doctor, and then his fear when he has to tell her for a second time. She then tells Carlos to get a vasectomy.
o Present: Gabby’s period is late and she thinks she’s pregnant, so she wants to find out if she can sue the doctor who she believes botched Carlos’ vasectomy. That’s when we find out that Carlos never got it done because he wanted another miracle. She ends up getting her period but decides that they can try again, eventually.
**Now, I’m not doing Edie’s the same way because Dave is the one who’s past we see-but by past, I mean the time between Edie takes Karen out for drinks and Karen coming to her surprise party. He breaks inter her house and moves everything around in weird place. She realizes he has done this and tries to attack him. She starts yelling about everything he had done in her home, but she ends up sounding crazy. She is taken away by paramedics when Dave confesses to her that he set her up. Now that she’s out of the way, Dave can now destroy the MAN he wanted to on the Lane.
Let me know what you thought of this episode! Leave your comments on here or email me at Faye@thetwocentscorp.com. I cannot wait to find out what your TwoCents were! I’ll see you all next week.

  2. ok... let me just say ....Loved this eps.!
The best part: In the end , when Gabby comes downstairs and yells "I started my period" and everybody just loks at her. lol
the part that I was surprised a bit about:
when Dave goes in the ambulance and after he tells her he set her up, he actually looked sorry for doing that to her,but he has bigger plans. But he held her hand tenderly, which threw me off a bit.
