Wow…not much difference between Old Sam and New Sam this week. Here’s the list anyway:

    Old Sam
    • Would have done exactly the same thing except for a less noble purpose than saving the butterflies
    • Would have learned nothing from the experience

    New Sam

    • Apologized to her friend
    • Lost her job in the end

I couldn’t decide whether or not I liked this episode. Sam was pretty much the same as she was before the accident, as she and Andrea used Dena horribly. Dena is really the only thing that saved this episode for me. She’s so sweet and kind, Sam totally does not deserve her. Also, she and Chase Chapman are freaking adorable together.

On an unrelated note, as a bigger gal myself, I have to say, they dress Melissa McCarthy so well on this show. She is adorable. I need to find out where they’re getting her outfits because Mama like.

So what did you all think? Was Sam justified in her treatment of Dena? Should Dena have so readily forgiven her?
