Going into this episode, with the preview being what it was, I was expecting something great, and that’s exactly what I got. After the episode that aired last week, honestly, the only way to go was up. From the very beginning when they did the flashbacks for how Lynette knew Tom was lying to the end when Orson is told to leave by Bree, I was hooked to what was going on.

I believe the only thing I didn’t like about the episode was the fact that when the police officer pulled Dylan over for “speeding,” to me, there was no mystery. I just KNEW it was her dad pulling her over because we’re at that point of the season when there needed to be another twist. But everything else either left me in suspense or contentment. Without a doubt, the largest moment of suspense was when Mike asked Orson if he was the one to run him over. Orson’s tears were extremely unexpected, and the fact that we didn’t hear another thing about it for about 30 more minutes, I was DYING. I just wanted to know what was going on. When Mike told Susan, her reaction was perfect. I don’t think I would have acted any differently. If I had just found out that I knew the guy that threw me into another man’s arms for a year was someone that I had taken in during a time of need, I’d be infuriated as well. The fact that Mike had chosen to forgive Orson was so big of him, but there would be no way that I could forgive anyone for inflicting so much pain on myself or the people I love.

I loved the dynamic between Dylan and her dad, but the vindictive smile on his face proved to me that something bad is going to come. I also found it very creepy that he stared at Katherine as he passed the house, and even more odd that Dylan didn’t notice it. And the dynamic between Gabby and Carlos with the dog was really funny. I also liked how she made a reference to the Scavo dog, considering I asked you all a question about it in the last review I did. The fact that she tried to get rid of the dog was such a “Gabby” thing to do and I thought that it was written wonderfully.

The other part of the episode that I loved very much was the fight between Rick and Tom. It was a fight many episodes in the making, and not only did I think it was powerful, I thought it was funny. I truly believed that Tom was the one that set fire to Rick’s place, and when we found out that it was Preston and Porter, I was shocked and it took me about a minute to recover from the news. It was so shocking, but it made for such great television.

I hope you all enjoyed this episode as well. What did you think about this episode? Put your TwoCents in the comments! I’ll see you all next week.
