Robin Williams is a Special Victim

According to Variety:

"Robin Williams has signed on to guest star in the 200th episode of "Law & Order: SVU."

Thesp will play an engineer whose life has gone off-track following a tragedy. Events lead him to start questioning authority, and encouraging others to do the same."
