You Can't Keep a Good Woman Down...

... just ask Ellen Degeneres!

That's right, the talk show dancing machine isn't going to be doing any fancy steps for a while.

While leaning over to pick up her dog this weekend, Ellen heard something snap in her back. Her doctors told her she needed bed rest, shouldn't sit, or even walk.

May is a very important month for Television, it is called sweeps and it is when the ratings really matter, so cancelling her show wasn't an option.

So, taping the show to air on Tuesday, Ellen took to the stage... IN her hospital bed! She did the show from bed.

Now, if I could only find a way to do my job from bed.....
