Happy Thursday, Two Cents readers! I’ll be taking over 30 Rock recapping duties for a while, which is quite the departure from my typical Lost Island territory. Instead of a complex and increasingly implausible mytharc, I get to tell you about the amazing things that Kenneth Ellen Parcell does! But before we get to Kenneth, this week we found Liz being forced into a sexual harassment seminar. I can only imagine how amazing it would be if they’d sent Tracy instead. 1. Good Lord, the lawsuits that would ensue…

While Liz was enduring training, Jack went to talk to Jenna about the Janis Jolin movie she’s making, which has become the story of Jackie Jormp-jomp, Woodstocks, and there are vampires there too. The Sheinhardt wig company doesn’t want to release the movie, so Jack decides to take Jenna to the kids’ choice awards to garner buzz despite her feud with Raven Symone. (She knows what she did.) Liz tries to get info about what’s happening from Kenneth, who refuses to tell her anything since she’s on “S-E-X probation.” Kenneth blows his Luculle Bluth rape whistle at her, and she sees that since she’s gone, Pete literally has to drag Tracy to work.

The lovable Frank is not happy about the sexual harassment rules, and Liz is miserable having to hang around her building and talk to the doormen. But then she meets Emily, a woman who tells her that her job can’t make her happy. She starts hanging out with Emily and her friends, who drink and shop all day. Meanwhile, Kenneth tells Jack he has a crush on Daphne, a TGS dancer, who turns out to be Dot Com’s girlfriend. Kenneth told Jack about this because he distrusts Pete, who has a ridge on his skull that indicates deviousness. Well played, Mr. Parcell.

At the Kids Choice Awards, Jack convinces the world that Jenna is dead to sell the movie. Since Jenna saw her church group get eaten by a bear, she is fine with pretending to be dead. Irritated by the feud over Daphne, Tracy takes charge and fires her since he thinks Liz is in jail. Liz decides she’d rather drink and shop than work, so she hits on the harassment seminar teacher and gets kicked out of work again, only to discover that Emily’s friends have a fight club and are insane. When TGS does a memorial show for Jenna, she can’t resist the chance to sing and blows her cover to do an acoustic rendition of Muffin Top. Silly Jenna, everyone already knows that the best part of the muffin is the top.

I liked this episode a lot, but I have to admit I miss Jon Hamm and the beautiful people bubble already. But we all learned a valuable lesson tonight: “friendship and trust is the most important thing in the entourage, like that HBO show, John Adams.” Oh, I love Tracy’s little turds of wisdom so much I want to take them behind a middle school and get them pregnant.
