Remains of the J? I know the GG people are picking movie and TV names to spoof with each episode but something else would have been more fitting. Maybe Rocky Horror Romance Show – because they ruined all my character ‘Ships in one fell swoop. Boo!
By hacking into Nate’s email Chuck gets Vanessa to swing by and see Blair and Nate hanging out first thing in the a.m. He tells her they’ve been doing it all week. What Nate hasn’t been doing is calling V all week. When he finally does, he breaks it off with her and claims that it has nothing to do with anyone else. V doesn’t believe him and goes to chuck to devise a revenge plan. Yeah... that’ll turn out well.

Serena, Lilly, Dan, Rufus and Eric plan a sweet 16 for Jenny. The prob – Jenny doesn’t want to party. She wants chilli and board games and loserville. Serena ignores her request and throws the party anyway but it’s mostly because her buddy Poppy is back in town and she doesn’t want to seem like a loser herself. When J and Lonely Boy show up at the party, Jenny is pissed. Everyone is at the party to meet Poppy not celebrate J’s D-O-B. So she texts Gossip Girl with the party addy. Is S wants a bash she’ll get one. The party soon grows out of control and the police arrive at the same time as Rufus and Lilly.

At the party, Chuck and V have a PDA competition with Nate and Blair. V kisses Chuck but when Blair makes the moves on Nate – in private and in front of V – Nate disses her. Ouch! To be honest as a viewer, I am so not getting this N-B hook up. It came out of nowhere. And at first it seems like they both realize that reuniting makes no sense. But then, just when you think everyone is on the same page, Nate surprised B by meeting her in the park – and making out with her. UGH! Why is this show on repeat?!
As if that wasn’t bad enough, suddenly we see C Bass in bed on a sunny morning and Vanessa getting dressed next to him. Double ugh! They promise to keep the little hook up between them but unfortunately we have to share in this dirty little secret. Ick. Ick. Ick.

Lilly, after coming home to the party of the century and its aftermath, accuses Serena of being the bad seed – out of habit. Serena leaves, decides her life is in a rut and then goes to Spain with Poppy, texting Lilly after the fact. Sigh. Serena = bad girl = been there done that.

Rufus finds out Dan isn’t getting financial aid for Yale and thinks about selling the loft and moving in with Lilly. But after Jenny’s anti-East side brat attack he decides that maybe there is another way to fund Lonely Boy’s future.

So.... was anyone else as decimated by the relationship musical chairs as I am?
Does anyone besides me still want Queen B and King Bass back together?
Am I the only one who still wants Serena and Nate to hook up?
