Catherine is having a housewarming party, because Mike moved in.
And Orson has a bit of a problem with taking what is not his.

Orson is stealing items from, it seems, anyone who is rude or does him wrong. He stole a pen from Bree’s son when he found out he made more money than him. Then he stole a family owned salt shaker from Tom when he was a bit rude to him.

Over at Catherine’s party, I have to say, Yippee! Mrs. McClusky is back! And she is her bold, tell it like it is, self. God I missed her! At the party, Susan shows the girls that all is OK with her and Catherine and says that she even hung a picture she painted for Mike. But when she goes to the mantle, the picture is gone. Catherine makes up and excuse that it broke when dusting, but snooping Susan finds it in the basement, and it is just fine.

At the local liquor store, Edie and Dave are getting booze for the party and run into a priest who recognizes Dave. But when Edie questions Dave, he denies he knows him. Edie is suspicious….as she should be.

Brad, Carlos’s boss, is using Gabby to spend time with Maria, so he can have his “affair” time. So Gabby is fed up and decides to pay the slut, Sheila, a visit and tries to talk to her. But she has no luck, and almost loses her bangs in the process!

Susan shows Mike the picture in the basement and explains how Catherine took it down when she found out Susan painted it. Mike and Catherine argue, but this is not what Susan wanted.

Bree tries to help the Scavo’s by introducing them to Bruce, who is in publishing advertising. Bruce is as obnoxious as you can get! Tom is acting like he is not interested in the job at all, so Lynette starts to get interested and says she has experience in advertising. Bruce looks interested. Tom gets pissed and starts to go against his wife in fighting for the job. Bruce is interested in both, but slowly is a bit disturbed by the two of them, and decides he is going to continue looking for a candidate. Bruce continues to make fun of Orson, so Orson takes Bruce’s “penis-shaped” tape recorder (lol), but Bree sees this and makes him give it back. Tom and Lynette get home and can’t believe how they acted, but laugh about it. Boy, I love these two! Lynette decides she is going to get back into advertising and Tom is behind her 100%. Bree argues with Orson about his problem, and he then takes an earring off her dresser.

Catherine talks to Susan and I felt bad, because we learn she feels she’s always competing with Susan and all that she and Mike had.

Edie talks to the priest to try and get some answers about Dave’s past. He won’t help her and tells her to talk to Dave and then calls her Mrs. Dash and not Mrs. Williams. Edie has a suspicious look. C’mon Edie go do some snooping, you’re good at it. Maybe get Mrs. McClusky to help you…that would be great!
    Edie “Googles” Dave Dash.

Susan takes back her painting. Catherine and Susan have a good moment, and understanding. As for Mike…no clue.

Gabby talks to Brad. He decides he is going to tell Maria about the affair and also fires Carlos. Carlos is actually happy because he hated working for the guy. Later, Maria calls Gabby after her talk with Brad. Gabby and Carlos go over to see if she is ok. She is mad that all Bradley said is how happy he was with slutty girl. They go to the kitchen and BAM! Brad is dead as a doornail on the floor with a knife in his back! We’re talking a huge knife, not some little paring knife! WOW, was not expecting that!

Well what did you think? Surprised by the ending? What are we going to learn about Dave? Do you love the Scavo’s as much as me?
Leave me your 2 pennies in the comments.

  2. I saw dead Bradly coming - they focused a little too much on the knife at the beginning of the scene when Brad decides to tell Maria the truth. I was afraid that Gabby and Carlos were going to get mixed up in some cover-up scandal, but I'm glad to see that they called the police and there won't be more to that story.

I love the Scavo's too - and I'm glad to see Tom backing Lynette going back to work after she finally started backing him up with the pizza place.

I'm not digging the Orson "klepto" story line. I think it's a bit lame. I think they could have done something better.

  3. I agree the Orson/klepto storyline is lame...now if they had him stealing each of the ladies underwear or something funny it would be better.
