As Tony Almeida gets carted into FBI Headquarters, Renee & Jack notify Larry of the leak in the Bureau. Then Renee asks Janis to look into discovering the leak. Jack asks Larry if he can question Tony and Larry reluctantly agrees. Tony tells Jack that money is the only reason for him to do anything now. After some taunting from Tony, Jack strangles him and threatens to kill him. Tony whispers the words “Deep Sky” to him before Larry comes to stop him. Jack uses Tony’s phone and gets a camouflaged voice.. after saying “Deep Sky” we discover that the voice is none other than Bill Buchanan! And next to Bill is Chloe O’Brien. You know what this means… here comes a commercial.

Ethan confronts Henry and tells him that Roger committed suicide and Henry still doesn’t believe it. Ethan tells him that Roger was caught doing insider trading and that is a motive for him to kill himself. According to Ethan, President Taylor has known that her son was caught doing this and had buried the info. Later, Bill tells Jack the truth. Tony works for Bill on an undercover operation that is trying to root out the domestic terrorists and traitors of America. He tells Jack that the corruption in the current government goes deep and wide, and he needs to get Tony out of FBI Headquarters to get back undercover. If not, they will have nobody connected to the terrorists. Jack agrees to help get Tony out.

Henry receives a phone call from Samantha and she tells him that Roger was murdered and she wants to meet him. Meanwhile, Larry tells Renee to get Jack out of there for being a “wild card”. Janis stops her and tells her that she found the leak. She’s noticed that someone has been trying to hack into the system to get flight info from the FAA. She goes in a back room and finds out that Sean, another computer guy was doing it. He confronts her out back and tells her that his wife is on board one of the planes, and that’s why he tried to break into the FAA info. Renee apologizes to Jack and tells him that she’ll give him good commendation to the review board. Just then, Jack puts Renee in a sleeper hold and knocks her out! Good ol’ Jack is at it again it seems.

Bill is on his way to get Jack from headquarters. Jack disarms Larry and the guard and gets Tony out of interrogation. As they’re rushing down the hall, Janis discovers that the cameras have been hacked. She cuts the signal and now Chloe won’t be able to help Jack. The alarm goes off and Jack doesn’t know where he’s going.

Chloe gets the cameras back online and prevents Jack from running into a group of guards in time. This was after a battle of computer geeks, Chloe versus Janis. Jack throws a fire extinguisher through a window and escapes to the roof and then the garage. He covers Tony so he can escape first, then hotwires a car and smashes it out of the garage. Bill is there and the all escape safely. Jack wants answers and Bill promises that when they get back he will tell him everything.
Well, this time around Fox had said that they would be introducing a surprise to us… I think the Deep Sky thing may cover that. That is, unless some other crazy thing will happen like Nina showing up again. It was great to see the core team together again, including Tony. At first I was wondering about bringing him back, but now I like it. I hope that he stays alive now!
