This week on Ugly Betty: Betty is crushing' big time on her neighbor Jesse. All I have to say is , what happened to "no romantic entanglements"? Amanda is evicted and has no place to go, so she moves in with Betty. Wilhelmina finds out she's been played by Daniel and Conner....or has she?

This week on Ugly Betty: Betty is crushing' big time on her neighbor Jesse. All I have to say is , what happened to "no romantic entanglements"? Amanda is evicted and has no place to go, so she moves in with Betty. Wilhelmina finds out she's been played by Daniel and Conner....or has she?
So Betty realizes she has a crush on Jesse, her neighbor. She invites him to watch TV at her place, but Amanda shows up needing a place to stay because she is all tapped out with credit card debt. When Amanda finds out Betty has a crush on someone (not knowing who) she suggests that Betty invite him to the Mode party. But when Betty asks him, he thinks she wants him and his band to play at the party. He is very happy and grateful and Betty can't seem to tell him that she just wanted him to go with her.
Amanda tells Betty to have Jesse play at the 'after party' on the roof. That way Amanda can charge admission and pay off her debt. Sounds like a good idea, maybe I should try that.
In the meantime Cliff asks Marc to move in with him. Marc is scared and just rambles on about nothing and leaves the room without giving an answer. Now let me just say, Marc had this hideous sweater on that was so ugly I couldn't believe it. He usually is dressed so sharp...crazy matched , but still very sharp. But tonight was pretty bad.
Daniel and Conner are agreeing on everything and Wilhelmina is odd girl out! She is pissed and determined to find out what's going on. Daniel tells her she has been played and there is nothing she can do about it. So Wilhelmina finds some dirt out on Conner and plans to blackmail him. But he smooth talks her and she has a bit of a fantasy of him seducing her there in her office. She hurries out of the office, leaving Conner standing there.
At the party: Jesse is scared to play, but Betty gives him a pep talk and he goes in to play. Jesse dedicates a song to Betty. Hilda convinces her to ask him out. So while Betty is looking for Jesse so she can ask him out , she finds him in her apartment kissing Amanda. She tells Amanda to leave.
Daniel sees Betty outside and asks why she is crying. Betty says that she realized that when Jesse said she was beautiful, he meant "on the inside". Daniel tells her that she is beautiful. Very nice moment between the two of them.
So Betty goes back to her apartment, and Amanda apologizes and says she didn't know it was Jesse she liked. Amanda tells her she is lucky to have people love her for who she is, Then Amanda says,"I don't know if I am loved for who I am or cause I'm so pretty". Betty just rolls her eyes. (funny) Betty says she can stay until she finds something.
Daniel is worried when he can't reach Conner. He thinks that Conner is siding with Willie. At the party he confronts him , accusing him of backstabbing him. Willie is trying to blackmail Conner. But Conner is nobody's bitch and tells them to grow up! He did what was best for Mode. After Daniel left, Willie finds out Conner gets a call from his ..... fiance'.
Marc is seen leaving an apartment of a strange, but good looking guy. Obviously he just hooked up with him. But then runs into Cliff in the hallway. Marc has a guilty as sin look on his face, but Cliff has no idea what happened. Out of sheer panic.... Marc asks Cliff to marry him! What the...? Oh boy, I feel some drama coming.
Funny moments:
Amanda wearing Betty's leggings, one as a dress and the other as a scarf.
Marc wanting Willie to "bump fists" and he gets hit in the face.
Ok, so I really miss the crazy outfits Marc use to wear. I mean, they were all different patterns, but still went together. Now , they are just gross.
