If you know of any actors who are looking for an example of the adage “Less is More”, direct them immediately to the closing moments of tonight’s episode.

As the episode opens, Rezian wants the 8,000 guns confiscated by the police and scheduled for destruction. After meeting Resian face to face at the second meet, Vic learns that the guns are impounded in San Fernando, and he and Shane stake out the situation. A confiscated Escalade is impounded there, with Shane hiding in the back seat. After the heist, Vic frames Rezian’s associate Colulian as Olivia’s agents grab Colulian and the guns. Dutch draws the case of a young girl who says that she witnessed her friend Wan Lee being abducted. Dutch visits the mother, but she is uncooperative, repeating that they have to wait for her son to return. When they do return, Wan is there, and the entire family is brought in for questioning. Dutch agrees to let Danny talk to her girl to girl, and Wan admits to being raped. They follow her info to the house where she was held and bring in a professorial type, who states calmly that he was paid $ 3,000.00 by Wan’s brother to have two boys rape her to “cure” her of her lesbianism.

Claudette is contacted by a porn merchant named Axel, who fingers another director named Larry, who is paying his performers with cocaine. Tina and Julien are sent in undercover as a couple trying to break into the business. When Larry offers her some coke to loosen her up for the audition, he is busted, and Tina again shows a more defiant side than we have seen in the past. Larry rolls over on his connection, but when Larry and Ronnie show up, they are attacked by his pit bull. Axel reluctantly confesses that he never thought it would go higher than Larry, so he tipped off Demetrius.

While Corinne Mackey is at a PTA meeting, Cassidy is drinking with her friend, and Vic’s autistic son Matthew wanders off. The cop he hired as security runs down Matthew, but a neighbor won’t give him over and calls the police. They arrive to find Cassidy drunk, and take Corinne into custody. Later, Cassidy fights with Corinne, and Vic reacts violently, almost attacking her.

At the Barn, Ronnie blames Vic for not being there with him during the pit bull attack. This lack of trust spills over into their buried secrets, and Ronnie tells Vic, “I’m not going down. For Shane or for you.” Shane appears with an envelope he had been holding onto in case Vic took him out. It contains his confession, along with evidence of everything he has been involved in since Terry Crowley was killed. He has kept a copy, but hands this over to Vic as the only way to regain his trust. As he leaves, Ronnie and Vic exchange glances. It may be the end of the dialogue, but the last reactions by Ronnie and Vic speak volumes. Just wondering what wheels are turning in Vic’s head keeps the suspense up until next week.
