Disclaimer #1: It’s a comedy.
Disclaimer #2: They’re idiots.

Welcome the return of the politically incorrect screwball comedy described as “Seinfeld on crack”. Airing two episodes per night, IASIP covers such hot buttons as hunting, terrorism, cannibals, racist cannibals and the ever-popular family squabbles with no basis in fact.

Welcome the return of the politically incorrect screwball comedy described as “Seinfeld on crack”. Airing two episodes per night, IASIP covers such hot buttons as hunting, terrorism, cannibals, racist cannibals and the ever-popular family squabbles with no basis in fact.

    “Mac and Dennis: Manhunters”
1:30 PM, on a Wednesday, and Dee and Charlie enjoy a couple of steaks that Charlie stole from Frank’s freezer. When Frank mentions that they are venison steaks, it sparks a discussion on hunting, which somehow ends with Mac and Dennis deciding to hunt a man. Frank tells a personal story meant to discourage them, but it turns out to be the plot of Rambo. The two guys find an old friend who is homeless and chase him out of the bar. As they lay in wait inside a cardboard bunker on the sidewalk, they realize they have no idea what to do to him when they catch him. They spot him and chase, but when he runs up a fire escape and over a building, they decide it’s not worth the effort.

Once Charlie and Dee are done eating a second dinner, Frank enters and announces that they just ate human meat. Skeptical, they hit Chinatown for exotic meats to compare the taste, but nothing matches. They decide that the only way to be sure is to actually try human flesh. They hit the morgue, trying to bluff their way in (Although Charlie’s hotplate makes it difficult). After bribing the guard, they find a choice of two bodies, one black and one white. Dee worries that not eating the black man will make her a cannibal AND a racist. They return home hungry. Frank announces that it was raccoon meat, and the “cravings” Charlie feels are probably tapeworms. Refusing to believe this, they chase Frank out the door, determined to eat part of him.

“The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis”
10:30 AM, on a Monday, and to save on power, Charlie is running the bar off a generator. Mac not only thinks it’s a bad, idea, but outlines each person’s roles: Mac is “The Brains”, Dennis is “The Looks”, and Charlie is “The Wild Card” (roles are later amended to include Frank as “The Muscle” and Dee as “The Useless Chick”). He feels that if they hold true to that format, their plans cannot possibly fail. Mac’s latest plan? Take out a loan, buy a bunch of gas before the prices rise, and sell at a higher price later. When they encounter a female loan officer, they argue about who should seduce her to get the loan, and Dennis feels upstaged when the other remove their shirts. The guys try to fill up trash barrels with gas until they are stopped. When they realize they have no way to sell by the gallon, they decide to sell it door to door. Charlie’s pitch makes their first potential customer call the police.

Dee and Frank learn that her late mother’s money is about to be given away. Even though she and Frank would never see a dime, she gets upset, leading Dennis and Frank to conclude that she would have killed each of them for the inheritance. Dee tries to plant bomb-making components in the man’s apartment to frame him, while Frank just wants to bug the place (using a brightly colored baby monitor). When all their plans fail, the five of them decide to kidnap him, but the gas is still in the back of the van and “Wild Card” Charlie has cut the brake line. They crash into a car, setting both vehicles on fire, and Frank realizes they had the wrong address.
