Where We Left Off: Vendrell finally confessed to Mackey that he was the one who killed Detective Lemansky, after thinking Lem was about to rat out Mackey. In an effort to make things right, Vendrell went looking for a rival Armenian mob faction to protect Vic and the team from the faction they had looted a couple seasons before. His efforts only drove the wedge deeper with Mackey, and put Vendrell under the thumb of this new rival. Facing dismissal while thwarting a Salvadoran crime lord who was after control of part of the city, Mackey commandeered a limousine with a trunkful of blackmail on key officials.

Where We Left Off: After a season of adjusting to the new home in LA, Christian found himself repeatedly upstaged by Sean, who garnered a television show. Matt and Kimber battled meth addiction until Kimber returned to porn and took custody of their child. Julia was poisoned slowly, than finally shot by Eden, and now lies alive in the hospital, but with amnesia. Sean’s daughter Annie was injured in a car accident while trying to avoid paparazzi, but as Sean put her under anesthesia, he was brutally attacked by his psychotic agent.
