Dad’s Backstage Pass revoked on American Idol

Everybody’s favorite meddling father, Jeff Archuleta, father of David, has been asked to leave the building. According to a report on CNN, the ban resulted from an incident last week when Mr. Archuleta forced his son to alter the “Stand By Me” lyrics which caused Idol to be fined for copyright infringement.

This is not the first time Mr. Archuleta has had problems with a show: he has been rumored to have been booted from Star Search several years ago when his son was a contestant. Read the full story HERE…
