Welcome to season four of Hell's Kitchen! Fox seems to have decided to try to make the most out of an episode where not too much out of the ordinary happens. One contestant goes MIA! Jason, for a minute. Gordon rages at some of the contestants! They had it coming, trust me.

The episode starts out with this overdramatic dark fairy tale-esque narration about how Hell's Kitchen has been quiet for months but now, they "are reawakening the beast and the dark lord reigns again." Okay, let's get one thing straight. Gordon Ramsay is a man with a short fuse and an anger problem in the kitchen, but he's not Voldemort. He's a Michelin star winning chef who, in exchange for a free restaurant, demands you don't screw up the risotto, burn the scallops or try to send out raw meat to the customers. You can guarantee if for some reason I lost my mind and signed up for Hell's Kitchen, I'd make damn sure I knew how to cook risotto, scallops and meat. It's also important to remember that poisoning the customers and taking food out of the trash are bad ideas if you want to win.

Another bad idea is doing an impression of Gordon Ramsay. Jean Phillippe encourages the contestants to do so, as Gordon doesn't seem to be around and a bunch of them try, all being completely dreadful at it. Then Gordon, in disguise as a long haired, bowling shirt wearing troll of a man does an impression, which, of course, was spot on. That's my own Gordon Ramsay impression. It loses a bit of its awesomeness in text format but you can just pretend it was the greatest two second impression of Gordon Ramsay you ever heard... er, read.

Anyway, Gordon, sans demonic bowler outfit, asks the contestants to cook him their signature dish. This is when we all go, "Oh, boy. Here comes the trainwreck." It truly is the kiss of death on this show. It's like he's saying, "Please cook me the dish that makes you worthy of being here and I'll tell you exactly why you should immediately go stick your head in the oven."

    The Good:
Rosann, who is temporarily a receptionist in a law office and has five years of culinary experience. Gordon said her dish was "seasoned perfectly."

Vanessa, who got a thank you from Gordon, having cooked "the tastiest thing [Gordon] had all day."

    The Bad:
Craig, who feels naked without his two foot chef's hat, which Gordon threatens to shove in an uncomfortable place.

Jen, who is cocky, says she can carve Gordon's face on a watermelon and can't cook at all.
