Barry Manilow is coming to Quahog. The gang all make fun of him at first, but then as the conversation wears on, they all eventually admit to loving him and eventually break into song. Peter loses his wallet at the concert and later discovers that someone has been using it to by very expensive items. He and Brian track the credit care thief to a local restaurant and it turns out to be James Woods, with whom Peter had a previous run-in that ended in Woods being secreted away into a government warehouse ala Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Woods assumes Peter’s identity and since he has all the proper paperwork, even policeman Joe can’t prove that he’s not Peter Griffen. Lois and the rest of the family are none too happy with Woods and Peter (who’s taken Brian and moved into a hotel) tries unsuccessfully to get back into the house by posing as one of Chris’ friends from school.

Eventually Peter decides that two can play at the identity theft game and he steals Woods identity with a little help from Stewie and his counterfeit document business. He poses as Woods and makes a comedy about 9/11 and goes on Letterman to promote the film. The real Woods is livid and Peter and Brian trap him once again and ship him off to the warehouse. Peter regains his identity and is reunited with his family.
