The Carpoolers start off with a four-part rendition of B T Express’ Do It (‘Til You’re Satisfied) that quickly goes south thanks to an Aubrey scat solo which elicits laughter from the rest of the guys.

Dougie and Laird are having lunch and Laird isn’t interested in chatting. He’s more interested in scoping out the new guy in the office building the one all the ladies have their eye on – the new handsomest man in the building. After some ladies start fawning over the new guy Laird decides he might have to move his office to an “uglier building.”

Aubrey busts out his new shirt and tie and spends the morning admiring himself in the mirror before the Carpool arrives to pick him up. In the car, nobody notices his new shirt/tie combo and he gets angry and asks if anyone notices anything new about him. Gracen thinks he might have just grown his moustache, but that’s not it. He’s had that since the 5th grade. Dougie falls asleep (while driving) when Aubrey starts discussing his new custom tailored shirt and the most expensive tie he’s ever bought. Dougie’s cat Gepetto died and he hasn’t been sleeping well. ‘
At the office, the handsomest man quickly notices Aubrey’s new shirt/tie combo and he and Aubrey hit it off and become fast friends much to the chagrin of Dr. Laird – the formerly handsomest man.

At home, Leila is trying to get the police to take interest in the house she’s selling. Apparently there’s been some spray painting and vandalism in the house and Marmaduke offers to guard the place overnight.

Back at the office, Dr. Laird breaks up a couples’ therapy session in Gracen’s office to discuss how his looks are fading and how he’s got nothing now that he’s no longer the handsomest man in the building. Gracen suggests he take up a hobby and Laird decides he’d like to pick back up on the clarinet. The clarinet lessons go well, not because Laird can play well, but because he ends up hooking up with the music teacher.

At Leila’s flip house, Marmaduke discovers the artist who’s been spraypainting and instantly falls in love with her. They spend the night being weird together.
Aubrey and his new friend go shopping, but the handsomest man is a shoplifter and he’s just using Aubrey as a decoy making him dance around in his M.C. Hammer pants to distract security.

Later, there is a funeral for Gepetto after which the gang decide to toilet paper the handsomest man’s house. Once they cover the place with t.p., they discover he’s at home and they spot him taking off his wig and putting his false teeth into a cup for the night. Turns out he’s not that handsome at all and Laird is finally happy again.

Marmaduke’s mystery woman disappears but Leila shows him the note she spraypainted across the front of her house: I’ll call you. – Oola.

The Carpoolers spread Gepetto’s ashes all over the neighborhood and themselves.
