Tonight is doomsday night on American Idol.

This show lasted an hour - funny, thanks to my DVR I can watch it in about 5 minutes. Yay! For DVR’s!!!

We start out with the “Ending of Grease” moment, you know when all the contestants sing that group song. Do you want to know the song? No? You sure??....come on, you know you want to know the song they all sang. It was …oh man! I forgot. I will try harder next week.

Tonight is doomsday night on American Idol.

We start out with the “Ending of Grease” moment, you know when all the contestants sing that group song. Do you want to know the song? No? You sure??....come on, you know you want to know the song they all sang. It was …oh man! I forgot. I will try harder next week.

Let’s get to this straight away. Jason is the first to go. Actually it’s Jason #2 from guys’ night. How I missed that there were two Jason’s is beyond me. There was Jason with the dreadlocks and then this Jason. This Jason sang, “Without Love Where Would You Be Now.” Well, I guess he isn’t on AI.

Next to go is Alexandre. Alexandre was the poster child for Atlanta Fire Fighters and sang at ground zero, if you remember? She sang, “If You Leave Me Now.” Well, Alexandre, go ahead and leave now. Thanks.

Alania is our next contestant out the door. She sang, “Hopelessly Devoted to You.” Awe, thanks Alania, but I guess America was not devoted to you, sorry.

And our final contestant to be booted out of AI, is Robbie. Robbie is the rocker that Simon didn’t think was a real rocker. Though he had the long hair AND wore a bandana, how could he NOT be a rocker?? Has Simon not seen Rock of Love? - well, Robbie sang the very unrocker song, “Hot Blooded.” Glad to hear that you are Robbie, it might get cold at the bus stop waiting for your ride back home.

That is it for tonight. Yes, they did manage to fill an hour with a bunch of stuff, but don’t you love me more that I didn’t put you through all of that? See you next week and we will do it all over again.
