We open in the Android’s Dungeon. Jeff Albertson the Comic Book Guy (CBG) is, as usual, giving everybody a hard time. Bart thinks he should stop being so mean to all the kids, but CBG isn’t having it. He’s enjoying his monopoly and pointing out all the places where the kids can’t buy comics around town when he notices a brand new Coolsville comic book store across the street.

Everyone makes a mad rush for the new place where Milo (Jack Black) is running the shop. CBG stares un-approvingly through the window, but Milo moves a Jabba the Hutt cutout in front of him and the fun continues. Lisa rips a Tin Tin comic and expects to incur Milo’s wrath, but he doesn’t care as long as she read and enjoyed it.

Later, at Coolsville, Marge drops the kids off and standing next to a Wonder Woman cutout realizes she’s put on a few pounds. Inside, Lisa is pointing out all the cool alternative comic book creators. Alan Moore, Art Spigelman and Dan Clowes are all in the store for a signing. Clowes tells Lisa to forget about Ghost World, what he really wants is to draw Batman. CBG shows up and points out that Milo isn’t a geek because he has a girlfriend. He tries to win everyone back by selling ninja weapons which he then uses to chop up everything he can in Coolsville. The League of Extraordinary Freelancers (Moore, Spigelman and Clowes) jump into action and take out the Comic Book Guy.

Across town, Marge thinks about joining the fancy L.A. Body Works. She tours the place but it’s to posh for her tastes. She can’t even figure out how to use any of the equipment and the showers aren’t even to her liking. She wishes for a gym for regular ladies just as she walks pasted the newly closed and for rent Android’s Dungeon.

Marge opens Shapes the gym for regular women. There’s a line around the block and Homer thinks they are going to be rich. He embraces Marge and says they can now finally afford to start a family. Marge reminds him that he already has a family, but Homer wants a better one.

The gym is a huge success and Marge buys out the Krusty Burger to open another franchise. She even goes on Opal to talk about her gym. She takes Homer to a fancy resort to celebrate. At the resort Homer meets a bunch of house husbands who are all seconds trophy husbands. They warn Homer that once Marge gets super successful that she’ll dump him for a sexy new husband.

Homer decides he needs a bunch of plastic surgery if he wants to hold onto Marge. Homer starts with a stomach stapling. He’s looking good after a few weeks of eating nothing but liquid foods. Homer is svelte, but he’s having to hide all his extra skin from Marge. He decides to go under the knife again and have a little more Nip/Tuck action.

When the surgery is finished Homer looks like a monster. Again the people of Springfield chase him with torches and pitchforks. Marge chases him down and tells him she appreciates his going through surgery to stay attractive to her, but the truth is that no matter what he looks like she is too rich and successful for him now. Homer wants to jump off the building, but Marge pushes him first.

Homer wakes up in the hospital and the whole thing has been a dream. The plastic surgeon called Marge to see if she was going to pay for all the operations that Homer was about to undergo. Of course, Marge refused and she demanded that the doctor un-staple Homer’s stomach so everything would be back to normal.

The League of Extraordinary Freelancers spot a meteor headed for the earth but there’s a benefit for underpaid comic book artists from the 40s and 50s and they decide to hit that instead of taking on the meteor.
