I just want to start with the story line of pencil eye guy. It was disgusting to look at, but that storyline broke my heart. The way that the girl needed the pencil eye guy and how Izzie connected with them. And poor Derek. He had to tell the girl that her best friend wasn’t going to wake up again. The message is never hold a pencil in your hand on the bus, and keep your friends closer.

I just want to start with the story line of pencil eye guy. It was disgusting to look at, but that storyline broke my heart. Bailey is out of character in this show. She lets this patient that she had a crush on in high school use her still. He asks her to fill out the forms and such. Even when George points it out, Bailey cannot go into the room and yell at him. She attacks Derek and views find out that yes, we all have a chance of becoming like a McDreamy. Derek was in band and played the sax in high school.

Cristina and Erica. This has so much potential to be funny … and its not. Cristina is just made to look pathetic as she runs around, brownnosing Erica. One of the strongest characters is caught groveling.

George and Izzie come to an understanding. They just want to be best friends again.
Callie shows that she is happier being demoted and that she gets to do what she loves.

Meredith finds her father drunk in the hospital. She tells Lexie about it and how pleasant he is when he is drunk. Lexie goes off on Meredith how he is drunk every day. Meredith tells Lexie to look after him better.

And the whole Derek Sydney thing, that was just stupid. None of the viewers fell for Derek being able to let go of Meredith at all.
