The title of this episode could also be titled "The Woes of Callie." The episode starts off with Callie saying that she forgives George for sleeping with Izzie, even though her face clearly gives away that she does not forgive him. Then, when she confronts Izzie, Callie gets misinterpreted and everyone thinks that the two women are going to battle in out in the cafeteria at noon. Callie loses it when her patient dies because the patient's boyfriend pushed the woman to diet and overexercise.

The title of this episode could also be titled "The Woes of Callie." The episode starts off with Callie saying that she forgives George for sleeping with Izzie, even though her face clearly gives away that she does not forgive him. Then, when she confronts Izzie, Callie gets misinterpreted and everyone thinks that the two women are going to battle in out in the cafeteria at noon. Callie loses it when her patient dies because the patient's boyfriend pushed the woman to diet and overexercise. Bailey comes to the rescue and stops Callie before she totally beats up the man while George looks on. Poor Callie. She cannot catch a break yet ever since she became Chief Resident. However, there's a tiny bit of strength left in Callie, as demonstrated with her closing statement to Izzie's attempted apologies, "Don't you dare come to me for forgiveness, you traitorous bitch." In the end, Callie admits to George that she does not forgive him as they stand out in the pouring rain, and it appears that Callie is alone in their room in the last few seconds of the show.
Ah, yes. Alex is just a little bit jealous of George, isn't he? His reaction to the news that Izzie slept with George is reaction of a very jealous man. And, speaking of Izzie, how long will it be until she gets back the strength she once had? Izzie needs to take a page out of Cristina's book and toughen up a little bit. She can't fake it forever.
Moving on to Meredith, Derek, Cristina and "Three," aka Lexie. Hopefully, Derek's ultimatum at the end of the episode helps to stop this back and forth between him and Meredith. It gets tiresome after a while and who really know whether they are together or not anymore. Meredith's attitude toward Lexie rubs off on Cristina as well, or Derek's attitude towards Lexie rubs them both the wrong way, I should clarify. Derek was a little harsh on Cristina when repremanded her about kicking Lexie out of the E.R. My prediction is this: Derek flirts enough with Lexie that Meredith finally gets fed up and marries him.
I'm going to close with the Chief's niece, who returns to the hospital with a cancerous lump in her throat. The Chief just tries to convince her to fight, but she no longer wants to. Adele becomes angry with him. It's unfair how Adele blames the Chief for their niece's decision.
