ABC

TwoCents Staff New Show Rank: 2 of 26
TwoCents Staff Writer: Gargy

Description: From Shonda Rhimes, the Golden Globe-winning creator of "Grey's Anatomy" comes a story about finding a way to begin the rest of your life. Addison Forbes Montgomery is a renowned surgeon. Having left behind Seattle Grace Hospital, a broken marriage with Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd, and her torn relationship with Mark "McSteamy" Sloan, Addison moves to Los Angeles for sunnier weather and happier possibilities.
Gargy's TwoCents: Addison Montgomery has had it up to here with all the Mc"this and what have you's", interns sleeping with attendings, interns sleeping with residents, interns sleeping with interns, and she's just wanting to dance naked and free for once in her life. So, she packs it up and moves to LA and Oceanside Wellness enter. Naomi hires Addison without running it by a vote, everyone is hurt and upset by it. Dell just wants to practice mid-wifrey (is that even a word?).

Show: Dirty Sexy Money
Premiere Date: September 26th
Time: 10:00PM EST
TwoCents Staff New Show Rank: 6 of 26
TwoCents Staff Writer: Shawn P
Starring: Peter Krause, Donald Sutherland, William Baldwin, Natalie Zea, Glenn Fitzgerald, Samaire Armstrong, Seth Gabel, Zoe McLellan, Jill Clayburgh
Description: Power, privilege and family money are a volatile cocktail. Living proof of this are the Darlings of New York City, so absurdly wealthy, they put the “upper” in Upper East Side. This preeminent family are always getting mixed up with the wrong people and finding themselves in the middle of bad situations. It’ll take a miracle to take care of the legal and sometimes illegal needs of the Darling family.
Shawn P's TwoCents: This fall on ABC, Nick George (Peter Krause of "Six Feet Under") steps in for his recently departed dad (death and Krause go together like chocolate and peanut butter) as a personal attorney for the old money Darling clan. The Darlings, led by patriarch Tripp (Donald Sutherland), will need lots of lawyerly love in their quest to out-scandal the Kennedys.
Imagine an American Mr. Belvedere if the Owen's family owned Pittsburgh and Wesley couldn't stay out Page Six. With a name like "Dirty Sexy Money", and a Baldwin brother (William, playing a she-male-loving Senator), it's got to be good. Get all your updates and reviews here on The Two Cents.

Show: Pushing Daisies
Premiere Date: October 3rd
Time: 8:00PM EST
TwoCents Staff New Show Rank: 4 of 26
TwoCents Staff Writer: Andrew G
Starring: Lee Pace, Anna Friel, Chi McBride, Ellen Greene, Swoosie Kurtz, Kristin Chenoweth
Description: From Bryan Fuller (“Heroes,” “Wonderfalls”) and Barry Sonnenfeld (“Men in Black”) comes a new series with an unprecedented blend of romance, fantasy and mystery, “Pushing Daisies,” a forensic fairytale about Ned, a young man with a very special gift. As a young boy Ned discovers that he can return the dead briefly back to life with just one touch. But his random gift isn’t without deadly consequences… as he soon finds out.
Andrew G's TwoCents: "Pushing Daises" looks to be the smash hit of ABC's fall schedule. TV Guide says that "ABC has founds its next Lost!" New York Times has called the show "something completely different." With praise like this, it's no wonder we except an awesome program. The story, in a nutshell, is of Ned (Lee Pace), a pie-maker with the ability to bring the dead back to life with one touch of the finger. The catch is, if he touches the person once more, then they are dead permanently. Enlisted by private investigator, Emerson Cod (Chi McBride), Ned begins a career within a unique area of forensics. Ned's skill also comes in handy with his social life. His ability allows him to revive his murdered childhood love interest, Charlotte "Chuck" Charles (Anna Friel). Although a seemingly perfect situation, he runs into the stipulation that he can not touch her ever again, that is, unless he'd like to see her dead permanently. With this original plot line and cast of vivid characters, "Pushing Daisies" looks to be one of the best shows in fall television. My only hope is that it won't need Ned to keep it alive.
