The Hollywood Reporter has a great article about the impact DVRs are making on television ratings!
This all comes from a report released by Nielsen Media Research.
Of course the piece I really liked was that "The Office" benefitted greatly from this study!
"NBC's "Office" was the leader in terms of a percentage gain, jumping 31% from 5.8 million viewers to 7.6 million viewers."
