1. Castle watching Beckett question Creason from behind the two-way glass. He yells so loud he can be heard inside the interrogation room. “I thought you wanted to arrest him!” “Yeah, because he’s a tool, not because he’s guilty.”
2. I love, love, love the moments Castle has with his daughter. Inexplicably, this episode’s heart-to-heart takes place while the two chop onions, complete with goggles.

1. “It tastes like a monkey peed in battery acid. Want some?” –Castle in reference to the precincts coffee. He subsequently buys them an espresso machine.

I think Castle and Beckette have perfect chemistry. I absolutely love this show. I love how they twist the plot around the lives of the characters, carefully unvealing both a little at a time.
