  1. TwoCents TwoLine Recap
Castle and Beckett become embroiled in political corruption while investigating the death of Jeff Horn, a prominent NY City Councilman who was in the middle of a highly contested re-election campaign. Suspicion shifts from his opponent to a wealthy real-estate mogul to a private eye to a prostitute to Horn’s wife and lands squarely on the shoulders of his campaign manager. That’s why I don’t like politics.

    TwoCents TwoFavorite Moments
    1. Castle watching Beckett question Creason from behind the two-way glass. He yells so loud he can be heard inside the interrogation room. “I thought you wanted to arrest him!” “Yeah, because he’s a tool, not because he’s guilty.”
    2. I love, love, love the moments Castle has with his daughter. Inexplicably, this episode’s heart-to-heart takes place while the two chop onions, complete with goggles.

    TwoCents TwoFavorite Quotes
    1. “It tastes like a monkey peed in battery acid. Want some?” –Castle in reference to the precincts coffee. He subsequently buys them an espresso machine.
2.”Call me a ‘muse’ again and I’ll break both your legs… OK?” –Beckett on her role as inspiration for Nicky Heat, Castle’s newest character.

What do YOU think? How great is the chemistry between Castle and Alexis? How great is Nathan Fillion’s comedic timing? Are you still watching the show? Give us your Two Cents… We’ll spring for coffee.

  2. I think Castle and Beckette have perfect chemistry. I absolutely love this show. I love how they twist the plot around the lives of the characters, carefully unvealing both a little at a time.
