Family Guy is finally back after a pretty long hiatus. I am not really sure how Fox figures out what dates to air family guy but maybe Seth McFarlane was sick or something. Glad to be back. Giggity giggity giggity OH!

The moment we’ve all been waiting for. Bonnie is finally giving birth to her baby. I never thought this day would come! Before the baby pops out the doctor removes a wheelchair (haha). It’s a girl – Suzy Swanson! Unfortunately after the birth Joe owes $20,000 in medical bills. He gets a job at the Clam, then he gets a loan from a loan shark, but now he owes the loan shark. Peter and company have a lemonade sale that does surprisingly well- but he spiked it with Vodka! Next they try and open an exotic massage parlor. They approach Lois’ mom but he would rather blend the $20,000 in a blender and drink it (literally).

The loan sharks are getting anxious so Peter decides to rob Lois’ Dad. The guys are in the basement planning their scheme and he says that he wants to steal more than the $20,000. Peter explains that Mr. Pewterschmidt has always treated him awful- worse than Christian Bale- and then we get a two minute mix-up of Peter and Christian’ Bale’s meltdown from the set of Terminator Salvation. Oh my god that was hilarious! Wow.

We get to the party and apparently Bill Gates is in attendance. Mr. Pewterschmidt asks Bill Gates to help him program his Zune then whips out an iPod and mocks Bill Gates. They break into the vault after passing a number of trials—Cleveland passes the voice test, Quagmire passes the penile test, and Peter answers the question (“what is the most unattractive male name in the English language”—answer was Keith). Finally they get to the vault and are loading up the money but Lois was told by Brian what they were up to. Lois shows up and convinces Joe to call off the robbery.

Also, throughout this episode Stewie seems to see enamored with little Suzy. Stewie seems to be hell bent on writing Suzy a song on his guitar. Stewie eventually make a music video on Brian’s laptop and we get to watch it. Evidently, Stewie is actually Bryan Adams in disguise (the video is Stewie singing the song “Everything I do, I do it for you”. Can one of my readers let me know if this video is actually what the real video looks like? That would be hilarious!! Wow, that video was phenomenal.
Here it is your moment of Zen (also known as ‘most amazing clips):
Stewie’s music video – “Everything I do, I do it for you”

(Will post a link in the comments when Hulu (hopefully) posts it.

  2. the stewie video is clips of many different videos from years past. most easily noticed are guns n roses, tears for fears, the police, and aerosmith.

    can anyone name them all?

  3. Hi Anonymous-

Thanks for the comment... I HOPE someone posts a mash-up online that has the Stewie video on one side, and the real clip on the other side. That would be freakin' sweet!

  4. Well, here's one clip comparison.
Compare Stewie at 2:29 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPV2RQztiWc with The Police's "Wrapped Around Your Finger" at 2:48 or 3:22 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRoUpDON0_0

  5. There is a Nirvana one. The burning house in the background and Stewie with Angel wings and a guitar.
