  1. Life is good for JD. The Janitor is gone, he is having a great time with Elliot, and he found a co-worker at the hospital who can do a mean impression of Oprah. Things are going so good, they just can’t go wrong. Right?

TURK & PERRY: Meanwhile, Turk’s life isn’t so good: he is having problems with Dr. Cox. You see, Dr. Cox stays in the room when Turk does a surgical consult because he doesn’t trust surgeons, let alone Turk. They begin to work together on two kidney transplant cases where they orchestrate an old switch-a-roo. But the patients don’t trust each other enough to share organs. Hmmmm... trust issues. Sound familiar?

Turk comes up with an idea to save the day, yet Dr. Cox still can’t seem to praise him. Finally, it’s The Todd that makes Dr. Cox see the light: “Life would be so much easier if everybody trusted each other.” So Dr. Cox lets Turk do his surgical consult on his own, showing him trust. Way to grow, Perry!

JANITOR: Now, since Dr. Maddox was fired, The Janitor has assumes his old job. He didn’t get hired back, mind you, he just wears the clothes and scared his replacement away. Oh, and he makes Ted do all the cleaning. Finally, he tricks the hospital accountant into putting him back on the payroll... for twice what he used to make!

KELSO: And Dr. Kelso? Well, he is still hanging out in the coffee shop next to the hospital, what with the free muffins for life deal. But, really. Why is he still here? Hey, he has a life! In fact, he’s going on vacation with Enid right now.

Just kidding... JD and Elliot find him in another coffee shop that very afternoon. Seems he has no idea what to do with his life. After some heart-to-heart, Kelso thanks them for trying to cheer him up. Oh, yeah, then he says it’s nice to see them dating again. What? Yeah.

JD & ELLIOT: The story is as old as the hills. The timing is never right, and they have hurt each other many, many times. But...? They decide to talk about “us.” Much talking later, and I mean MUCH talking, they decide (with some strange help from Dr. Kelso) to go for it. Who cares what anyone thinks? Look into your heart and do what makes you happy.

And what makes JD and Elliot happy? Being together.

What do YOU think? Did Zach Braff almost break in the cold open when The Todd tackled him? Do you believe things always work out if they are supposed to? Do YOU have trust issues? Give us your Two Cents… We’ll chip in for The Janitors pay increase.
