  1. Sarah is a super nice special needs teacher throws up blood on a little girl and then collapses. House is going to hate her guts. Cuddy isn’t feeling this mommy job and Cameron is serving her first day as Mini-Cuddy. This doesn’t look good. House calls out Hadley and Foreman for dating. Like anyone cares.

Cuddy confesses to Wilson that she doesn’t feel anything for the baby. Oh honey, this happens to a lot of women even when it’s their biological babies. Eight week old babies are hard work and not all that much fun all the time.

House is playing with Cameron. He asks her for permission to do something crazy to a patient, and she says yes. House is screwed. He was hoping she’d say no, so he could play her, but apparently either she’s too smart for his game (not likely) or she’s too dumb (most likely).

Foreman wants to get Hadley on the drug rather than the placebo. Chase tells him he’s an idiot.

Cuddy shows up to chastise Cameron dressed like a jockey for some reason. House heard from Wilson that Cuddy doesn’t love the baby and tells Cuddy she should give the baby back since she hasn’t legally adopted her yet. This, naturally, upsets Cuddy who leaves. Frankly, if it had been me, I would have kicked House in the shins on my way out, but I’m mean like that.

House thinks Sarah has Multiple Sclerosis because she mixed up room numbers at her school six years ago and forgot to pee before a procedure. House tries to play Cameron some more, but Cameron won’t be played.

Cuddy is debating on giving the baby back. Wilson tries to talk her out of it, but Cuddy says she feels trapped. This makes me very sad.

Foreman asks House whether or not he should switch Hadley to the drug. House asks him whether a couple more symptom free years are worth Foreman’s career. Foreman says no. House says it would be worth it if he loves her.

Cameron and House squabble over whether or not he’s allowed to cut off Sarah’s skull. After some dead fruit flies, Cameron agrees because he’s House.

As they’re doing the procedure, Cuddy calls to fuss at them while the baby cries in the background. Sarah, being the perky child-loving person she is, was annoyed by the sound of the crying baby. House is intrigued.

Cuddy says she connected with the baby while the baby was crying and now she’s going to keep her. House holds the baby and she pukes on him. Then House has his epiphany.

Sarah has a birth defect in her heart. And that’s all. All that stuff they did to her and it was just an unclosed valve.

Cameron quits and Cuddy has to come back.

Foreman switches Hadley over to the medication. Aww…he loves her. The baby cries and Cuddy looks unhappy. Poor Cuddy.

This whole Cuddy storyline is killing me, I guess because I’m a mother and it’s all so close to home. Has she even given that baby a name yet? I haven’t caught it if she has. What do you guys think? Leave a comment!
