Top 10 Things I Learned from Entourage This Week

1. Vince hasn’t been on a movie set in over a year (longer, if you’re thinking in terms of episodes), and his work on Smoke Jumpers may be the most important job of his career.
2. If you’re taking lunch with a “loser lit agent,” a television writing executive who works in Encino, of all places, wear a cheaper watch to make the exec feel better about himself.
3. Jason Patric isn’t into sequels or water (hence, his rejection of the title role in Aquaman II.)

    4. Jason Patric only makes a new movie once every five years, which may explain why he feels the need to steal Vince’s lines when shooting begins.
    5. Banging a fellow actor’s girlfriend is good revenge for when that actor steals one’s lines (this technique supposedly worked for Drama on the set of Melrose Place).
    6. Wood combusts at 3000 degrees F, which is really hot.
    7. Stealing the monogrammed seat back from an actor’s chair on set is not considered good Hollywood etiquette.
    8. “Loser lit agent” Andrew Klein’s 1996 New Year’s resolution was to never keep a woman past age 45.
    9. Revenge is best served, according to Drama, a la commode. Drama demonstrates this by taking a dump in Jason Patric’s trailer and not flushing.
    10. Some heads of hair (like Andrew Klein’s) are too good for the Valley, which is one reason why Ari offers to buy Klein’s company.

So what do you think? Is Jason Patric stealing Vince’s lines or has the director told Patric to do so? Is Ari getting in over his head by renewing his friendship with the obviously alcoholic Klein? Would Vince have been better off returning to the Aquaman franchise? With only three episodes left in the season, how do you think things will turn out? Cut a slice for yourself in the comments!

  2. I loved the line Jason Patrick said about not agreeing with sequels and water - it's an obvious shot at Speed 2! :)

  3. Patric was friggin right one. a perfect job of wire walking. Intensely handsome and movie starish, and just enough self parody.
the guy could make a mint in comedies if he decides to work more
