So it’s all about Hadley this week. As you’ll recall, she’s bisexual so the opening sequence shows her getting down with a hot brunette. Everything’s all good until the brunette falls off the bed onto the floor with a seizure.

Hadley calls 911 and they ambulance Brunette to the ER where we find out that Hadley didn’t even get the girl’s name (it’s Spencer). Dang Hadley, that’s harsh. House takes advantage of the fact that Spencer and Hadley slept together to make lots of lesbian remarks. He’s gonna have fun with this!

Wilson’s back! House plays a joke on Wilson that requires Wilson to end up on the floor. House left him a donut where he would see it when he fell. House is such a pushover these days.

House wants Lucas to investigate what Wilson was doing that morning since Wilson told House he had a breakfast meeting, yet still ate the donut. House thinks he’s lying.

Spencer has been trying to get House to take her case so she followed Hadley around and ended up sleeping with her to get to him. Hadley thinks House only admitted her to get juicy dirt on her life, but then Spencer crashes. So I guess Spencer made her point then. But what I want to know is, how did Spencer know who Hadley was? Are House and his crew local celebrities or something? It’s just weird.

House and Foreman search Hadley’s apartment for drugs. They don’t find any, but they do come up with a brown recluse spider and an asthma inhaler. House thinks Hadley’s hiding something else though. And she is. Foreman found a sheet with a test result saying that Hadley actually has less time to live than she initially thought and that’s why she’s doing drugs and sleeping around. Hey, wonder if Cameron’s got any of that meth left over!

Lucas and House stake out Wilson’s apt and a hooker shows up. House is surprised. Wilson says he’s dating the ex-prostitute and intends to help her pay for law school. Lucas found needles in Wilson’s trash and thinks Wilson’s on drugs, but Wilson was just pranking House.

Cuddy catches Hadley giving herself some IV fluids. Turns out, Hadley was taking drugs before her shift. House sticks up for her and then fires her.

Hadley figures out that Spencer has lung cysts, but she’s still fired. The diagnosis only gives Spencer 10 years to live. House wants Hadley to tell her. Then the girl starts bleeding out. She’s got a blood disorder of some kind too. Hadley hangs out and makes out with Spencer. I guess they’re a couple now.

Turns out that Patient isn’t dying after all, she just doesn’t have tears or spit. That’s it? Hadley connected with Spencer because they were both dying and now Hadley feels alone again and starts back in her self-destructive ways. She’s got a blonde this time.

Cuddy and Wilson meet at a baby store. Apparently, Cuddy is adopting a baby. Wilson was acting as a character reference. I think House was offended he wasn’t asked to be a reference because he gets all babbly and rushes out of the store.

Next week is all about Cuddy’s baby mama. Can’t wait for that!

How’d you feel about tonight’s episode? Think Hadley isn’t going to quit until she catches a disease? Tell me what you think in the comments! Free Vicodin* if you can tell me what the worst lesbian slur was!

*Ok, not really, but maybe I’ll send you some blue M&M’s and you can just pretend they’re Vicodin.

  2. There was a line about carpet (and of course now I can't remember it) ... when Hadley was missing from the team meeting (while banana bagging & praying for the world to stop spinning). That one was pretty low. Even for House.

I wasn't sure why he was upset with Cuddy adopting. Maybe he was jealous not to be the reference, or upset at being left out of the loop ... who knows with him.

Foreman really is boring. They need to spice his character up with a little lovin'.

And House has keys to all their homes?!? Call the locksmith & then beat his tail!

  3. Slice of Paradise - Maybe the baby is part of a change and we all know how well House deals with that. Or maybe he's jealous? I don't know, we'll have to see.

I think it's ok if Foreman's boring because unless he's with the original three I don't care about him. He doesn't lend much to the differentials and I'm constantly wondering why he's even there.
