Not only does Hugh Laurie have two Golden Globes and three Emmy nominations he's also one of the highest paid actors on television.
His new deal with Fox raises him to about $400,000 an episode or more than 9 million a year. That's up from his meager five-figure salary when the show first got started. He'll also get a producing credit in this fifth season of "House".
The pay raise also comes with a contract extension that keeps him on through the 2011-12 season.
