Premiere Description: "How Betty Got Her Grieve Back"- Betty's life is in chaos after a series of very unfortunate events, but despite all that's happened, she's still in denial about one thing -- how much Henry's departure has affected her. Meanwhile, Amanda turns to junk food and to Marc in dealing with the revelation that Fey Sommers was her real mother, and Wilhelmina schemes to turn the tragic Meade family events to her advantage, on the season premiere of ABC's award-winning "Ugly Betty".
Gargy's TwoCents: Last we saw Mama Meade made her grand escape, Alexis and Daniel were in a car accident. Amanda and Christina were trapped in Faith's Love Dungeon. Willy and Mr. Meade got engaged to be married. And Betty was telling her sister that her financee and the father of her son was killed in a convince store robbery.
What we hope to see: Both Alexis and Daniel will be alright. Betty will help her sister through her crisis, while keeping the Meade family from falling apart.

Premiere Description: "A Change is Gonna Come" - Having just returned from her honeymoon with Meredith, Cristina searches for Burke, but he's nowhere to be found. Meredith, Cristina, Izzie and Alex spend their first day as residents with their own groups of interns - among the interns are George, repeating his intern year after failing his exams, and Lexie Grey, Meredith's half-sister whom she has never met. Now that Derek's relationship with Meredith has reached an emotional impasse, he looks to his fellow doctors for friendship; Bailey wrestles with her place within the hospital now that her former interns report to new Chief Resident Callie; and Richard resumes his position as Chief of Surgery, on the season premiere of "Grey's Anatomy".
Amanda's TwoCents: Where We Left Off: George and Callie decide to save their marriage by trying to have a baby. Ava, the Jane Doe from the ferry accident, and her baby are discharged to her husband after she pleads with Alex to give her a reason to stay and he turns her away. Derek gets offered the Chief of Surgeon job and turns it down, giving the Chief another chance. Derek and Meredith break up. Cristina and Burke's wedding ends up disastrously; Burke leaves Cristina. George fails his intern test and says that he can't redo his intern year. Addison leaves for California (Private Practice, 9 PM, Wednesdays). We meet the new interns, including a mysterious girl named Lexie Grey.
What We're Looking Forward To: Burke coming back (though, its not going to happen), an outcome for Callie/George/Izzie, what happens to George because he failed his test, Cristina's rebound, how everyone handles being residents, Meredith and Derek outcome.

Shawn P's TwoCents: When we last caught up with "Big Shots", Michael Vaughn (Michael Vartan) got hitched to Sydney Bristow, Bobby Donnell (Dylan McDermott) walked out on Donnell and Associates after a nervous breakdown, Christopher Titus (Christopher Titus) broke the fourth wall yet again, not unlike the guy who re-did my upstairs bathroom (who, to be fair, was drunk), and Jeremy Goodwin (Josh Molina) had his hands full with Sportsnight's dwindling ratings.
Guess what? They're all CEOs in New York now. Tune in to learn how all these storylines converge. And if you don't, no worries, we'll break it down for you here on The Two Cents. I'm guessing the first episode is all exposition on how these guys ended up being renamed, respectively, James Walker, Duncan Collinsworth, Brody Johns, and Karl Mixworthy. Anyone else thinking Witness Protection Program?
