When Jeff tries to fix an issue Audrey is having with one of their neighbors by confronting it head on, he finds himself backpedaling when the situation gets worse, on the second season premiere of RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, Monday, Sept. 24 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
