Shrek Really is the Third!

Third place all time that is!

This weekend, Shrek the Third drew $122 million at the box office, making it the third best opening weekend ever. Just behind Spiderman 3 and Pirates 2.

It's also the biggest opening weekend for an animated movie ever. My guess is Toy Story 3 will knock that out of the box.

Also, this 3rd place record will probably last..oh, about a week. Pirates 3 comes out on Friday and people think it could break all the records!
